The Role

This is primarily a warehouse–based role involving the day–to–day handling, movement, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will also support forklift operations when required, therefore a valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential. We are looking for someone with a great worh ethic and a can do attitude.

This position would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working within a fast–paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatchLoading and unloading deliveries safely and efficientlyOperating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as requiredHaving a great work ethic a can do attitude and be willing to get stuck in to any tasks. Assisting with stock control and inventory managementMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environmentSupporting goods–in and goods–out processesFollowing all company health & safety proceduresWorking closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines

Candidate Requirements

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)This predomenatly a warehouse role with additional FLTPrevious warehouse or logistics experienceStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsReliable, punctual, and hardworking attitudePhysically fit and capable of manual handling duties
