We are recruiting on behalf of our Client an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver with valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance forklift licences to join a busy and well–established distribution warehouse in Newbury.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely Goods in / goods out processing within a busy warehouse environment Labelling, scanning, and updating warehouse management systems Identifying and reporting damaged or missing stock Maintaining health & safety standards in the warehouse Supporting general warehouse duties and logistics operations Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Worker / Picker Packer Valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence and/or Counterbalance Forklift Licence Experience operating warehouse equipment and forklift trucks Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock control Ability to work in a fast–paced distribution / logistics environment Good attention to detail and accuracy in order picking Team player with a reliable and hardworking attitude Desirable Skills

PPT (Pedestrian Pallet Truck) licence Experience in logistics, distribution, or fulfilment centres Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Benefits
