We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who's ready to put their stamp on the role – you'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, improve processes, and help shape the way the warehouse runs. Whether it's creating new policies, streamlining operations, or boosting productivity, your input will be valued and supported.

You'll be joining an established, reputable business that supplies products to the construction industry on a national scale. Known for strong client relationships and a down–to–earth culture, they're now looking for a hands–on leader to take ownership of the warehouse function and drive positive change.

The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse and logistics function, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt and dispatch of goods to sites across the UK. Managing a close–knit team of 15, in a busy, fast–paced environment, you'll take responsibility for:

The Day–to–day management of the warehouse and logistics team Staff rotas, holiday planning, and clock–in/clock–out systems Overseeing goods–in and goods–out processes Maintaining health and safety standards across the warehouse Working closely with drivers to coordinate deliveries to national construction sites

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management A strong leader who can motivate, support, and manage a hands–on team Valid FLT licence Understanding of transport/logistics and vehicle loading processes Health & Safety awareness and practical experience in a warehouse environment A team player with a "muck–in" attitude
