Hales Group are recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator on behalf of one of our well-established manufacturing clients based in Halesworth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to join a busy and well-organised operation with a strong focus on logistics, shipping, and customer service. This role offers a varied workload, international exposure, and the chance to take ownership of key accounts within a supportive team environment. The position is full-time and permanent, offering stability and excellent working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesBooking export shipments via carrier portals including FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPSProviding shipment information for both imports and exports to shipping agents worldwideBooking inbound shipments of products from global manufacturing sitesRecording import and export shipments for government packaging compliance (training provided)Sole responsibility for the preparation and shipping of a large key customer accountPrinting labels for production and preparing products for despatchGeneral warehouse duties including goods in, pick, pack, and despatchQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience within a warehouse or shipping/logistics environmentConfidence using Microsoft Office packagesExperience using an ERP system (beneficial but not essential)Valid Reach Truck and Order Picker licences (essential)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipmentsReliable, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamWhat's in it for youPermanent position within a stable and growing businessVaried role with responsibility and international logistics exposureSupportive team environmentExcellent work-life balance with early Friday finishCompetitive salaryLOCATION: HalesworthHOURS: Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-13:00SALARY: GBP28,000 per annumTERM: Permanent If you are an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator with a strong logistics background and are looking for a role offering responsibility, variety, and stability, we'd love to hear from you.Why work through Hales Group?
