Location: Southampton

Salary: 32,000 – 36,000 (DOE)

Hours: Full–time 40 hours

The Role

We're working with a well–established environmental services business looking to add a Transport Coordinator to their Southampton team.

This is a fully office–based, fast–paced role, supporting the day–to–day planning and coordination of vehicles and drivers within a busy waste operation.

Plan and schedule vehicles and drivers to maximise efficiencySupport transport compliance (driver hours, tachographs, maintenance) alongside the CPC holderDeliver a high level of service to customers and internal teamsWork closely with other departments to meet operational needsSupport driver management, including holidays, performance, and attendanceEnsure all training and compliance records are up to dateAssist with reporting and general transport administrationTake part in an on–call rotaAbout You
