Must haves

Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics, FMCG, or supply chain environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time–management abilities Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proactive and solutions–focused approach to problem solving Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships

Nice to haves

Experience using ERP systems Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or order processing environments Experience working with third–party logistics providers

So, what will you be doing?

Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems Ensuring orders meet customer–specific requirements and agreements Managing delivery issues and customer complaints, escalating where required Maintaining accurate ERP data including stock, pricing, and product information Producing reports and supporting forecasting activities alongside planning teams Building strong relationships with customers and logistics partners Monitoring customer stock levels to maximise product availability Processing import and export documentation to support smooth operations Following established processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Providing support and cover for wider team activities when required
