Supply Planner

Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Office Based

CTR Select is recruiting for an experienced Supply Planner to join a leading international business within a fast–paced supply chain environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a planner with experience in Supply Planning, DRP, inventory management and ERP systems to play a key role in ensuring product availability across a global network.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage supply and distribution plans. Execute DRP and maintain optimum inventory levels. Raise and manage Purchase Orders and Stock Transfer Orders. Monitor supplier performance and expedite deliveries where required. Investigate stock shortages and resolve supply issues. Maintain accurate planning data and produce KPI reports. Work closely with Procurement, Demand Planning, Operations and Suppliers. Support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain function.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a Supply Planner or similar role. Experience within FMCG, food, manufacturing, logistics or distribution. Knowledge of DRP, MRP and inventory management. Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or similar. Strong Excel, analytical and problem–solving skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
