Location: Chessington, KT6

Salary: 30,000

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday on a shift basis. Shifts range from 6am–9pm, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month. You must be available for all shift patterns.

20 days annual leave + UK public holidays.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team within an established international courier company.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and plan customer orders and deliveries. Communicate with customers regarding shipments and updates. Resolve operational issues including delays, breakdowns and rescheduling. Ensure drivers and security staff follow SOPs and security procedures. Maintain accurate records and updates on our Transport Management System. Liaise with UK stations and international partners. Support continuous improvement and next–day delivery preparation. About You

Previous transport, logistics or operations experience preferred. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Good IT and Microsoft Office skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible, proactive and able to work independently. French speaking is an advantage.
