Salary 16.70 per hour

Shifts: Rotating – 06:00 – 13:30 / 13:30 – 21:00

The Role

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of car parts within our production facility. You will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothlyLead and motivate a team, providing guidance and supportEnsure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policiesMonitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materialsAssist with problem–solving and drive continuous improvementsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other departmentsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environmentLeadership or supervisory experience is highly desirableStrong problem–solving and decision–making skillsGood understanding of Health & Safety and quality control proceduresWillingness to work on a rotating shift patternWhat's In it for you?
