Key Responsibilities:

As the Logistics Co–Ordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing all inbound and outbound logistics. Your day–to–day activities will include:

Arranging and overseeing all inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with weight and value limits

Collaborating with the Goods Inwards team to create delivery schedules and manage daily intake capabilities

Preparing customs clearance instructions and maintaining VAT and duty schedules

Coordinating special courier outbound shipments and liaising with customers for seamless delivery

Managing the showroom appointment calendars to optimise customer experience

Reconciling shipment costs with quotes and collaborating with the finance team for accurate cost reporting

Addressing queries with shippers and escalating claims as necessary

Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to adapt to the ever–changing precious metals market

Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to problem–solving and exceeding expectations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various departments, suppliers, and service providers

Additional Information:

Experience in a similar logistics role would be an advantage. A three–month probation period will be in place, during which comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you meet the required knowledge level. Upon successful application, a DBS check will be conducted as part of our security protocols, and references will be requested.
