Description
We are looking for a responsible person to join our team as a Warehouse and logistics administrator. You will be in charge of receiving goods, preparing shipments, communicating with transport companies and tracking orders. If you like working in a dynamic environment and pay attention to detail, don't hesitate to apply!
What You'll Be Doing
– Receiving incoming goods and verifying their condition
– Preparing outgoing shipments
– Communicating with transport companies to arrange pickups and track deliveries
– Updating inventory records and preparing reports
– Other administrative tasks related to warehousing and shipping
What You'll Bring
– Experience in a similar role
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Good communication skills both written and verbally
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Computer literacy (MS Office)
– Flexibility to work overtime when needed
– Knowledge of logistics software/systems would be an asset
– Ability to speak multiple languages would be an asset
Based in Wotton, Surrey. Due to site rural location own transport is required

8am – 4.30pm
