Key Responsibilities

Manage sea freight import and export shipments from start to finishHandle all relevant documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and customs declarationsLiaise with shipping lines, hauliers, overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth movement of goodsTrack shipments and provide regular updates to clientsAssist with quotations, rate negotiations and customer service supportResolve any shipment issues or delays efficientlyMaintain accurate records within internal systems and ensure compliance with all regulationsSkills & Experience Required

Experience in sea freight import and export operations is essentialGood understanding of customs proceduresStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilityAble to work efficiently in a busy, time-sensitive environmentKnowledge of freight systems/software is advantageousWhat's on Offer
