Do you have experience in the haulage industry and a talent for turning data into smarter commercial decisions?

We're looking for an experienced Haulage Coordinator to join a well–established family business in Glasgow. In this permanent role, you'll use data and market insights to optimise transport operations, improve profitability, and support strategic decision–making.

What you will get in your new role

Salary 38,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus bonus 25 days annual leave Company pension Private Healthcare Responsibilities in your new role as a Haulage Coordinator

As a Haulage Coordinator, you'll use data to support the ongoing performance and efficiency of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Optimising transport routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Work closely with hauliers to identify backhaul opportunities Monitor haulage rates and analyse UK transport market trends Maintain and update transport pricing and cost models Create reports and provide insights to support business decisions Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for a commercially aware and analytical professional with experience in a data, pricing, operations or logistics role. You will ideally have a background in manufacturing, production or haulage.

You will have:

Previous experience in an analytical or commercially focused position Strong numerical and data analysis skills Experience monitoring and reporting on KPIs Ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable insights Strong problem–solving and critical–thinking skills Confidence presenting information to different stakeholders Apply now!
