About the Role:

Our client, a leading provider of freight and logistics solutions, is seeking an experienced Freight Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.Ensure shipments are monitored, tracked, and delivered on time, resolving any issues efficiently.Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to maintain service excellence.Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights on their accounts.Maintain accurate records of contracts, service agreements, and pricing.Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.Ensure compliance with international freight regulations and company policies.Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport account management.Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client retention.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem–solving abilities.Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/logistics systems.Knowledge of customs, import/export documentation, and international shipping regulations.Existing contacts within the freight/logistics industry.
