Direct and coordinate shipping operations for events, both in the UK and internationallyTravel abroad as required for project supportManage the complete logistics process from initial planning through to on-site executionMaintain data accurately in line with GDPR regulationsOversee project planning, control budgets, and handle all financial aspects of logisticsUtilise expertise in multimodal freight forwarding (minimum 3 years' experience)Navigate and manage import/export customs proceduresDeliver exceptional customer service at all timesSkills and Experience

Experience in Exhibition Freight LogisticsConfident user of Microsoft Office applicationsEffectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlinesCommunicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingWork in an organised, methodical, and detail-focused mannerTake initiative to solve problems and provide practical solutionsCollaborate effectively within a teamBenefits:
