In addition to core hours, there is the opportunity to work around 10–20 hours of paid overtime per month, offering a strong chance to increase overall earnings.

What's on Offer

35,000 – 40,000 per annum

Additional 10–20 hours paid overtime monthly (approx. 1 hour per day)

24 days holiday + bank holidays

Pension scheme (4% employer / 4% employee)

Optional healthcare plan

Use of on–site sports facilities

Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30

Manage returned equipment, logging condition, usage, and any required actions.

Deputise for the Transport Manager when required, supporting with route planning, scheduling, and driver coordination.

Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries quickly and maintain service standards.

Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.

About You

Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or plant/machinery operations.

Experience in handling deliveries, collections, or spare parts inventory.

Strong IT literacy with systems experience; SAP knowledge is essential.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast–paced environment.

Strong communication skills, comfortable working with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Forklift or similar licence advantageous, but not essential.
