Job Title: Class 2 Driver (Working in a 2 person crew completing Home Deliveries)

Location: Northampton

Pay Rates: 17.83 to 19.98 p/h

Shifts: Shift pattern of either 4 out of 7 days or Tuesday to Saturday (5 out of 7) with start times between 04:00 and 06:00

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience driving commercially

Licence Type: Class 2

You will require a clear DBS check before you can start.

Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle Multi–drop DeliveriesWorking in a 2 person crewDelivering to Customer HomesHeavy lifting (flat pack items)Vehicle checks and the usual paperworkAs this is a customer facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and have the ability to deal with different types of people.

About you:

You must have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 2 years experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi–tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements and you will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and also a driving assessment.
