Operating and driving Category CE vehicles safely and efficiently to and from delivery locationsPerforming pre–trip and post–trip vehicle inspectionsEnsuring timely, safe and professional deliveries to customer sitesKnowledge of driving/working hoursCommunicating effectively with dispatch and customersReporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to managementKeeping the truck and equipment clean and tidyNormally two trips with 6 to 8 deliveries per trip with kerbside dropsEssential Skills

Must have minimum 24 months experience in HGV drivingUnderstanding on the use of electric and manual pump truck and tail–liftsNo more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsement codesMust be able to speak and read a certain level of English.Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills.Effective communication skills.Flexibility and availability to work overtime as and when required.Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.Desirable Experience

Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial.What training is provided?
