Class 1 Driver – DHL

Location: East Cowes

Hourly Rate: 13.50 Basic with Overtime Rates

Are you an experienced Class 1 driver looking for a new opportunity? Join our team at DHL and drive for a global leader in logistics, based in East Cowes.

The Role:

As a Class 1 driver, you'll be responsible for transporting goods in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service. This role offers great variety, allowing you to work across various routes, ensuring no two days are the same!

The role is based on 3–4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Class 1 vehicles (Articulated Lorries)

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues

Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork

Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods to clients

Skills & Requirements:

Valid Class 1 (C E) Driving Licence

CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

Previous experience in a similar driving role preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Excellent communication skills
