We are currently recruiting Cargo Warehouse Operatives to join our team supporting a major client in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast–paced, dynamic logistics environment with competitive pay and flexible shift patterns.

The Role:

As a Cargo Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of air freight. This is a physically demanding position, suited to individuals who are hands–on, reliable, and thrive in an active working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Breaking down and rebuilding cargo pallets

Shrink wrapping and securing freight

Manual handling of goods in line with safety procedures

Loading and unloading shipments

Ensuring cargo is handled accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Working Environment:

You will be working in a busy warehouse setting within the cargo sector, where teamwork, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential.

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties

A strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast–paced environment

Excellent attention to detail

Security & Compliance:

Due to the nature of the role and location, all applicants must:

Provide a full 5–year checkable work/education history

Be willing to undergo full vetting and a DBS check

Meet aviation security standards

Shifts & Pay:
