Business Logistics AnalystLocation: Remote/Hyrbid - London BanksideContract Type: Inside IR35Duration: 6 monthsStart Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Business Logistics Analyst to manage day-to-day operations across transport, warehousing, and shipment activities. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily logistics execution with service providers, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.Provide operational support for all product movements to achieve on-time and cost-effective delivery.Manage escalations and coordinate between logistics partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Drive performance improvements and support crisis response initiatives.Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS), GxP, and financial policies.Oversee customs data, export control activities, and monitor regulatory changes.Support audits, maintain CAPA and regulatory trackers, and ensure global compliance.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and represent logistics in cross-functional projects.Track and improve service provider KPIs, optimise lead times, and resolve claims and deviations. Requirements

Proven experience in logistics operations, including transport and warehousing.Strong understanding of global trade compliance and regulatory requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex projects.Familiarity with QMS, GxP, and customs/export control processes.
