We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead sales growth and client development within the Heathrow operation.

This is a hands-on, sales-led leadership role suited to someone from a freight forwarding background who thrives on winning new business, managing key accounts, and taking ownership of branch performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and lead all sales activity for the Heathrow branchDevelop new business opportunities across UK and international marketsManage and grow a portfolio of key customer accountsBuild strong relationships with customers, agents, airlines, and suppliersPrepare competitive quotations and convert new opportunitiesMaintain an active sales pipeline and meet agreed revenue targetsWork closely with operations to ensure commercially viable solutionsRepresent the business professionally within the local marketThis is a commercially focused position with direct involvement in client meetings, negotiations, and revenue strategy.
