End–of–Life Asset Manager

Are you an experienced Asset Manager who s passionate about driving sustainable EOL asset management? Join a forward–thinking company leading the way in the end–of–life (EOL) management of distribution transformers. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and environmentally friendly processing of high–value electrical assets.

Pay & Shift:

GBP35,000 to GBP45,000 per annum Monday to Friday (45 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee inbound load planning and logistics for EOL distribution transformers. Manage oil inspection, decontamination, and oil recovery processes in line with environmental legislation. Lead compliance, reporting, and operational performance monitoring (KPIs). Develop and refine internal procedures ensuring safety and quality standards. Manage stock and subcontractor relationships effectively.

Skills & Experience:

Proven supervisory or management experience in EOL asset management or similar. Strong health & safety knowledge and compliance focus. Competent with data reporting tools (Excel, ERP). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Desirable: Technical qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) and NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
