Location: Mansfield

Salary: 28,000 – 32,000 DOE

Full Time, Permanent

TurnerFox Recruitment are currently recruiting for several 3PL / Ecommerce Account Coordinators to join growing businesses within the Mansfield area.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience within 3PL, ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics or distribution environments and enjoy working in a customer–focused role.

These are non–sales positions, where you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, coordinating day–to–day requirements and working closely with internal warehouse, fulfilment and operational teams to ensure a high level of service is delivered.

The Role:

Managing and developing relationships with existing customer accountsActing as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and requestsLiaising with warehouse, fulfilment and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are metCoordinating orders, deliveries and fulfilment requirementsManaging customer queries relating to stock, orders and deliveriesProviding regular updates to customers and resolving any service issuesSupporting quotations, pricing, reporting and general account administrationEnsuring customer records and account information are kept up to dateWorking closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience within 3PL, ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics, warehousing or distribution would be highly desirableExperience in account coordination, customer service, client services or account managementConfident communicating with customers and internal teamsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesGood attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solvingComfortable working within a fast–paced operational environmentA team player with a flexible and hands–on approach

This opportunity would suit candidates currently working as an Account Executive, Account Coordinator, Client Services Executive, Fulfilment Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or Customer Service Executive within a 3PL, ecommerce or fulfilment environment.
