All this reviews are fabricated. They did refurbished my flat and left me in ruin. Tild me it takes a month and after 3 months I had to get other people to complete my work. Charlatans. Avoid

We worked with Tohid to completely renovate our flat. Concisely, we had a good experience overall. Details: Tohid is a trustworthy person to work with, which is our no1 priority. It was our first project in London and he took the time to make us feel comfortable. When there were things we weren’t happy with he always came back and fixed them / changed them to our liking, which is the right way of doing things but nonetheless uncommon in the industry. One note to keep in mind, he has multiple tiers of builders depending on the price point. Choose accordingly. When time was getting tight we negotiated with Tohid and were able to reach a friendly agreement. So, again, Tohid is a good person that delivered a project that looks good. Most importantly, we found a builder we can count on and that we’ll recommend for future projects.

“High-Quality Work with Great Attention to Detail!” Develuxe did an outstanding job on our project. Their craftsmanship and professionalism were truly top-notch, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They were attentive to our needs, flexible with changes in the scope of work, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. The only area for improvement would be timing. While the scope of work evolved during the project, which understandably added time, it would be great if future projects could be completed a bit quicker. That said, the end result was absolutely worth the wait. Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with Develuxe and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled contractors!

Tohid was great to work with. He not only listened to what I wanted but helped me shape it to fit my property and budget. His team worked really hard to deliver in the short time I had for the renovation and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Even after handing over the project, Tohid has been available to fix some snags and listen to my sometimes uninformed concerns. 100% counting on them for the future bathroom and kitchen reno!
