Very Unprofessional – Would Not Recommend We hired this contractor through Bark because they had good reviews and showcased impressive pictures of past work. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what was promised. From day one, communication was poor and unprofessional. Different teams showed up on alternate days, didn’t follow the agreed plan, and clearly lacked experience — they messed up tiling, painting, grouting, and flooring. Despite promising a final quality check before payment, the contractor claimed to have done it via video and pushed for payment, even after we pointed out multiple issues. It took over 10 days and repeated messages for him to return. They installed a faulty sink, toilet unit, and bath screen — and didn’t even identify the faults themselves. We found the issues and flagged them, at which point they blamed the manufacturer and asked us to pay extra to replace the items. A competent team would’ve spotted these problems before installation. We also had to buy unnecessary materials ourselves, often on short notice. One day, my wife had to carry heavy items home with our kids because they didn’t want to wait. We’ve done many home projects before, but this was by far the worst. Their work does not reflect the “500+ bathrooms” they claim to have done. Unprofessional, inexperienced, and disrespectful — avoid at all costs.
