Overall, the end result was good and I’m happy with the quality delivered. The team worked hard on site and were proactive in suggesting practical solutions when issues came up, rather than simply sticking rigidly to the original scope. That flexibility was helpful, especially on bespoke elements where adjustments were needed along the way. As with most larger jobs, there were some back-and-forth discussions to get details aligned, but once agreed, the work was completed to a solid standard. The finish on the bespoke joinery and painting in particular was done well.
