Very Unprofessional – Would Not Recommend We hired this contractor through Bark because they had good reviews and showcased impressive pictures of past work. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what was promised. From day one, communication was poor and unprofessional. Different teams showed up on alternate days, didn’t follow the agreed plan, and clearly lacked experience — they messed up tiling, painting, grouting, and flooring. Despite promising a final quality check before payment, the contractor claimed to have done it via video and pushed for payment, even after we pointed out multiple issues. It took over 10 days and repeated messages for him to return. They installed a faulty sink, toilet unit, and bath screen — and didn’t even identify the faults themselves. We found the issues and flagged them, at which point they blamed the manufacturer and asked us to pay extra to replace the items. A competent team would’ve spotted these problems before installation. We also had to buy unnecessary materials ourselves, often on short notice. One day, my wife had to carry heavy items home with our kids because they didn’t want to wait. We’ve done many home projects before, but this was by far the worst. Their work does not reflect the “500+ bathrooms” they claim to have done. Unprofessional, inexperienced, and disrespectful — avoid at all costs.

Excellent job on our bathroom and kitchen renovation! At first, I placed a bathroom refurbishment job request on bark.com, Riz from Centaurus Development reached out and visited my house straightaway to inspect the bathroom. He sent me photos/ videos of bathrooms his team had previously worked on. He sent me the scope of work to be done, list of materials to buy, stores that were offering discounts. We were able to save money on material costs. The workmanship from Dev and his team was outstanding, the team was professional and reliable, and transformed our bathroom. Dev was easy to work with and the final results of the bathroom look fantastic. Based on our bathroom transformation by Riz from Centaurus Development, me and my wife were happy to have his team work on our kitchen refurbishment and they equally transformed our kitchen and we saved money on the kitchen in general based on his advice. When one of the biggest kitchen retailers in UK representative visited our property for kitchen measurements, they asked me for the name of the builder that will assemble the kitchen units, I told him, his name is Riz from Centaurus Development. The representative checked his system and told me that they know him and that he has installed a lot of kitchens for their customers. We are extremely happy with the bathroom and kitchen work and would highly recommend their services!
