Throughout every step of the project, HPDL were professional and with excellent communication and inter personal skills, they gave us a high level of confidence that our requirements were not beyond their capabilities, suggesting legitimate targets and timescales. Their daily routine was impressive. They were hardworking and punctual, starting early in the working day and continuing through all weathers (including falling snow). Leaving in late afternoon the site was spotless which was commented on by neighbours and visitors. Compliance with Health and Safety issues were never anything but carefully applied. Problem solving was a particular strong point, which was welcomed when issues with materials, building inspections and gas supplies needed to be addressed, sometimes at short notice. This made us, as customers, able to appreciate what was happening and when, on each day as well as being able to plan ahead with a degree of accuracy. Again this ability enhanced the level of confidence in their effectiveness and efficiency of purpose. Elliott managed a highly successful project, building a beautiful addition to the existing property which was in no small way down to his hard work, knowledge and eye for detail. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending HPDL's services.

Elliot arrived punctually, was polite, professional and well presented. The work I had done ranged from electrical to general building work. All jobs were carried out to a high standard and you could tell he took great pride in a job well done. Good old fashioned honest service which is always welcome and very refreshing in a world where service is not always what it should be. Elliot put right some things that had previously been done badly by other trades people are I’m really happy that I can use the steps to my deck which were previously to dangerous to use. Highly recommend him!
