Rob responded quickly to my request for someone to clean our gutters & our direct neighbour, as gutters were overflowing when it rained due to large amounts of debris , Rob gave a very reasonable quote to do the the job , which we were happy for him to do , less than 24 hours later job done , plus some advice for our neighbour , plus how to stop the same thing happening, very tidy no mess left , would strongly recommend

I've been subcontracting these guys all my loft conversions, roofing work and general building works... There's nothing they cant do! And to the highest standards! Can't praise them enough. CONTRACTOR RECOMMENDATION Mr Robert Patrick ( Trust Roofing & Maintenance ) promptly answered a request that we posted on “Bark“ for a Chimney & Roofing Contractor. He arrived with equipment on a truck and surveyed the job thoroughly, climbing a ladder to look at the work needed and took photographs of the state of the chimney brickwork to show us. (Other bidders just gave us a verbal price without surveying the job.) He then provided a competitive quote for the work briefly described on the Bark request. I drafted a proposed contract and scope of work that I believed needed doing and allowed him to review it and make any changes he thought needed to be made to it. After some discussion we agreed on the scope of work and Mr Patrick agreed to a suitable schedule for the work and provided his signature on the contract covering necessary public liability insurance covering his employees and any subcontractors together with full public liability & property damage insurance. He also agreed to warrant his work for five years after substantial completion. We were impressed with the quality of the work he and his employees executed in a professional manner. He was cooperative and cheerful throughout the job and I have no problem recommending his firm (Trust Roofing and Maintenance) to anyone needing roofing and chimney work.

All I can say is... the efficiency and work carried out was second to none. Robert and his mate ( can't remember his name) responded to my request and had the job done, also going the extra mile, all within 24 hours. Very friendly. Would 100% recommend

Knew what the problem was,very prompt action,accepted quote on 6/12/25 work completed 9/12/25 Nice brothers did the work and we will definitely recommend and will use them again, clean @ tidy as well which is a bonus
