The team who laid our patio would have scored 10 stars. Their professionalism, advice throughout and general manner was outstanding. The quality of their work was exceptional and our patio is excellent, right down to how they feathered it into our law. The team constantly talked us through each section and ensured it met our expectations and the vision we had. I would highly recommend them. However, the reason for the four stars was the lack of organisation of the job as a whole and the attitude of one manager and another member of staff - they would have scored -10 stars. Deal with the owner Tom and some of his other senior staff and you will be fine.

I recently had some landscaping work completed and overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the job. The team on site were professional, efficient, and delivered a great result. However, my experience during the quoting stage significantly affected my overall rating. I felt that some aspects of the quote were overpriced, and when I challenged this or asked for clarification, I was met with a defensive attitude from the project manager. At times, the approach felt pushy, which made the early part of the process less comfortable and left me questioning the transparency of the pricing. Because of this, my rating is 3 stars instead of 5. Had my interactions with the project manager been more positive, open, and constructive, I would have happily given a full 5-star review, as the workmanship itself was excellent.
