Thomas was recommended to me by a good roofer l previously worked with who was unavailable. I’m very happy l got the introduction. From the start, Thomas was quick to respond, visit and assess the issues l was having with missing roof tiles, moss and gutter drainage problems. He gave me a very reasonable quote, kept me informed on when he would be able to do the work and any weather-related delays and arrived when he said he would. In terms of the work done, Thomas and his team went above and beyond in sorting everything out. I’m a bit of an anxious homeowner and Thomas was very good to deal with, explaining things, taking photos of issues so l could see close up what needed doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas or employ him in future. It’s reassuring to know l can call him if there’s an issue - confidence and back up l think every homeowner wants.
