My Background

I’m David, a fully qualified Transformational Life Coach with 15+ years of coaching leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs.

I’m Vice-Chair of RoadPeace, a national charity supporting crash victims, and elected Head of Communications for the European Federation of Road Traffic Victims (FEVR), working with the UN and WHO on international wellbeing and road safety initiatives.

Before coaching full-time, I spent two decades in property leadership, managing large teams across London, recruiting and training high-performing individuals, and leading business development strategies.

I’ve delivered signature talks on leadership, wellbeing, and performance to senior executives, CEOs, and managers, helping them turn pressure into purpose.

Why I Do This

After surviving two life-changing road crashes, I rebuilt from the ground up, physically, emotionally, and professionally. That journey taught me resilience, empathy, and the power of a structured mindset.

Today, my mission is to help others do the same: rebuild, refocus, and rise. Coaching is the most rewarding work I’ve ever done, because it’s not about perfection. It’s about progress, peace, and purpose.
