Hello, I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based between Ashford and Canterbury but I also see clients at a clinic in whitstable or at their home address if unable to travel . I have over 15 years experience working with people from all walks of life.
My experience has brought me to realise that people can experience anxiety, stress, worry and struggle with many areas in life. Sometimes we can feel like we have no one to turn to or just need to talk to someone independant. I can provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your feelings, experiences and relationships.
My approach is mainly relational, integrating various theories including Gestalt, Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My qualifications and experience meanni am able to assess exacltly what apptiach would be most beneficial to you.
My background is in psychology so I also believe in the psycho-educational approach, offering tools for you to help you learn about yourself.
