WORKING WITH ME AND MY UNIQUE COACHING EXPERTISE

Hi, I am Paula Tejs the UK’s leading holistic life coach and mentor.
I have spent more than two decades studying and implementing proven techniques from top coaches, teachers and mentors in the industry.
I am a Certified Coach, qualified by International Coaching Federation and Tony Robbins Coaching Academy.
I am also an NLP Practitioner and a meditation teacher with over ten years of coaching and mentoring experience. I have helped my clients from around the world to realise and actualise their full potential personally and professionally.

Working with hundreds of individuals has broaden my scope and has taught me to not solely focus on mindset, but also dive deep into emotions, energy and the mind-body connection. We are holistic beings and for our life to work, all these elements need to be in balance.

Building a positive mindset is not enough, therefore my work is focused on holistic, tailor made techniques to deliver real results in real time. My clients often share with me that achieving their goal was only a small benefit from coaching, but the profound knowledge about themselves, which made them feel ‘unstoppable’ was the true secret to lasting transformation.

PASSION FOR COACHING

When people ask me why I do what I do, what really drives me, I give them a simple answer: I deeply believe (and I believed it from a very young age) that each and everyone of us has a unique gift, a talent, which is an incredible source of joy when we live it and immeasurable value is unleashed into the world. I believe that by rejecting it, we are turning our back on the source from which it came from. I haven't just decided to believe it, my life proved it to me.

I have spent many years of my early life working in different industries just to find out that I still feel empty, no matter how high my position was or how much money I was earning. Once I stepped into my self development journey everything changed... I discovered my true purpose and my second nature - coaching. Today I am living the life of my dreams, enjoying every minute of every session.

ABOUT YOU

The quality of the coaching relationship as well as the results of the sessions depend not only on the coach, but on the client as well, and I would say from my experience just as much. For that reason I work only with those individuals who are committed, already achieved successes in some areas of their life and are very serious about their goals- they are ready to invest time, money and effort to get where they want to be.

My clients work with me, because they are ready to reach their maximum potential and they are eager to take action... and the truth is, if you are not comitted enough, nothing will change that.
As long as you are truly willing to make a progress, fassen your seatbelt and lets begin the ride towards total transformation!

Coaching sessions with Paulina helped me to redirect my focus onto truly important areas of my life that I was procrastinating on for a very long time. She made me realised what really matters to me, what are my values, which I live by every day and that allowed me to make fulfilling choices for myself, when we were working on achieving different goals. What I found very valuable as well was the fact that Paulina made me create a clear, structured plan that took me where I wanted to be. I knew what are the exact steps that I need to take. As a result of that I approached all my goals successfully and with confidence. Moreover I improved my career by qualifying as a fitness instructor. Paulina helped me significantly in overcoming my limiting beliefs that were stopping me on a way to achieve that. She is a great listener and she has truly big heart and care for people which allow her to be curious about others and have lots of understanding. I would definitely recommend Paulina as a coach as she is extremely dedicated person to what she is doing. Thanks to Paulina today I am much more confident and motivated person.

Coaching sessions with Paulina for me were absolutely LIFE CHANGING. She has helped me discover those parts of myself that I did not know existed, she made me find ways to overcome my limiting beliefs and she opened up the doors to those possibilities that had never crossed my mind before. I have set up my own online marketing business and it is running successfully now. I wouldn't be able to achieve it without my coach. Paulina is a warm and energetic person who creates an atmosphere of openness and trust. I felt like our coaching sessions were run in both professional and friendly manner. That particularly allowed me to express myself freely and discuss issues which previously had not seen the day light.

Working with Paulina changed my life! I started working with Paulina at a time when I was confused and full of self-doubt. This was hindering my success in many areas and especially in my career and business. Paulina proved to be a sincere and skilled coach.. She was able to help me break down my goals and barriers so that I could take one step at a time for overall success. She was always easy to talk to and the sessions remained friendly and humours whilst making huge break throughs. I had so many aha! Moments with Paulina and I trust her to help me get results in transforming my life. I highly recommend her as a coach. She does 20 minute FREE sessions which are surprisingly useful for 20 minutes and a great way for you to see how suitable working with her could be for you too.

Paulina is a wonderful coach who is passionate about helping her clients to figure out what it is they want and breaking it down into achievable bite-sized chunks. Her approach is very professional whilst being warm and pleasant. She aims to make you feel at ease from the onset and gradually by the end of the session, a wonderful rapport would have developed between her and her client. That has been my experience with her at every single session I had with her. She challenges your limiting concepts in a good way that nudges you towards a more positive perspective of yourself. An experience that leaves you feeling more confident and having more belief in your ability to achieve your goals. She leaves no stone unturned at helping you to explore your goals. Through purposeful questioning, she guides you to view your goal from every angle. She helps you to see every corner and to spot any cracks in your goal. She is very thorough! As a result, you not only gain a deep insight into your goals, you’re able to identify the more important aspects of your goal to focus on first. This enables you to create a more solid structure of action plans to work on. I always leave her sessions feeling excited at the prospect of achieving goals I’d considered insurmountable before she coached me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional coach who has what it takes to help them to make that journey from their present position to where they’re aiming to make their destination.
