Horizons Coaching prides itself in getting the best results for its clients in the shortest possible time whilst making a positive difference to their lives and on average I only see my clients for 3 appointments.
I deal with issues varying from depression, anxiety, bereavement, anger management and stress to OCD, PTSD, emotional trauma and self harming. I can assist in getting rid of phobias - anything from flying to spiders. I have worked with individuals who have experienced relationship breakdowns, facing issues in their jobs, and who generally feel like they have lost their way.
I work with my clients in a confidential, safe but comfortable office and offer the best quality of coaching at an affordable price and a free, no obligation consultation is offered in person, virtually or on the phone.
I am qualified as an NLP Master and qualified to Master Level as a Life Coach, Time Line Therapist and Hypnotherapist, all of which are certified through the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Professionally and personally I thrive in seeing someone develop into a greater version of themselves and having the privilege of supporting them on their journey knowing that my actions, words and support will empower and improve an individual’s life.
