Description
I love to help people with anxiety, have written a book on it and won an award for my work.
I have a particular passion for working with teenagers to support them in developing the skills that lead to resilience.
I can also support people with related issues such as phobias, anger management, stress, overwhelm, depression and the symptoms of such conditions such as weight management or addictions.
Before starting work with a client, we have a telephone conversation so we both have an opportunity to see if we are a good fit, allowing me to answer any questions you have and for me to tell you more about my style of therapy.
My sessions are 90 minutes, which is different to most other practitioners. My aim is to get you to where you want to be mentally as quickly as possible and these longer appointments support this.
