I previously worked as a GP for 25 years and also as a Samaritans Trustee.

I now help clients develop healthier emotional expression when it impacts their intimate relationships. My focus is on relationship disharmony and I provide a comprehensive anger management programme and am a leading expert in this field within the UK.

Anger Management and behaviour change is a very specialised field, and as such I receive many referrals from GPs, councillors and other therapists. I also receive referrals from the solicitors, and am able to provide a Family Court approved report, and also provide oral evidence, if that is required.

Unlike a regular counsellor who simply provides superficial tools for “the moment,” my approach goes deeper. I help you understand why you are the way you are, explore the root causes of your behaviours, and uncover patterns that may have been holding you back for years. This is essential. This allows for long-term, sustainable change, helping you respond better emotionally both at home and at work.
