Description
I focus on female wellness, trauma, anxiety , depression, CPTSD and PTSD. I am a trauma informed coach as well as having a MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience in Mental Health. I work with my clients to address concerns or issues that are worrying them or causing them to doubt themselves and their abilities. I have been working in this field for over seven years and have recently gone online in response to the pandemic. I am happy to have sessions over the phone, via zoom, whatsapp or facetime.
