Received a call from Charlena regarding a request made, She did go through a lot with me and explain things well but I expressed concerns regarding online therapy over face to face and was not impressed with the dismissal i received. Didn’t feel like she was very empathetic towards someone trying to reach out for therapy that would be best suited for them.
