Hello there and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I know reaching out for support can feel incredibly difficult, especially when you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. It takes courage, vulnerability and hope to seek out hope and so I commend you on taking the first step.

My aim is to offer you a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply, work through challenges at your own pace, and move towards healthier relationships, greater self-awareness and lasting change.

I support both individuals and couples in areas including:
• Relationship challenges and communication difficulties
• Past trauma and unresolved emotional experience
• Bereavement and grief
• Anger and emotional regulation
• Career or life transitions
• Finding meaning, direction and purpose
• Mild addictions and unhealthy coping patterns
I work using a combination of counselling, mentoring and coaching approaches, depending on your needs and goals. Alongside emotional support and understanding, I also believe in practical tools that help clients create meaningful changes in everyday life.

My approach is compassionate, honest and growth-focused. I personally practise Christian values and principles, which inform the way I live and work, while always respecting each client’s individual beliefs, background and journey.

I am very thankful for Stasia. We have such a healthy relationship. From my own experience I have found her mentorship to be both very productive and helpful. She pays great attention to detail and on a personal level has duty of care in the way in which she works.

Stasia is an amazing therapist. I started my journey with her earlier this year. She has helped me so much so far. I am getting to the root of my traumas and triggers I have and working on them. I've learnt so much already and noticed myself changing in a positive way. It's all thanks to stasia, I would definitely recommend her.

Stasia is incredible! When I was searching for a counsellor Bark was the last place I thought of but I gave it a shot anyway and I was praying for someone who had the same Christian values as me and all of a sudden I came across Stasia. She was very responsive, communicated effectively and ensured that my wellbeing was a priority even when I tried to make excuses about not having sessions anymore. She is all about ensuring her client gets to the root of their trauma and helping them to work through that by giving them practicals to do after each session. I really value Stasia's time, efficiency, integrity, introspection and her love for God. I would recommend her 10x over!

Stasia is an amazing counsellor No one else has ever understood and helped me as much as she has. Using a range of different techniques all grounded and supported.She goes the extra mile and genuinely has the care .When I reached out she responded straight away which gave me such hope at a very challenging time of my life!Because of her support I’ve been able to push forward in my life and develop in the areas I needed to.
