I’ve been working with Kerem as my PT for about a month now & he has been wonderful from the very start. Made me feel comfortable from the beginning and goes the extra mile to modify workouts on challenging days but equally encourages me to push myself with every workout. I committed to starting to work out again after a long hiatus & he has made than transition incredibly smooth & less daunting. Although it is still quite early, I have had a noticeable difference in my stamina, physique and most importantly, discipline to show up for myself. I would definitely recommend him as a PT & look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him. A big thank you, Kerem!

I’m really happy I chose to work with Kerem! I’ve never enjoyed exercise and honestly used to hate it, but he understood that from the beginning and found a way to work with me at my own pace without making me feel pressured. He’s always been patient, supportive and encouraging, while still pushing me just enough to improve. I’ve lost a lot of weight and made much more progress than I ever expected, all while doing it in a way that actually works for me. I would definitely recommend him, especially if you’re someone like me who has never been a fan of the gym or exercise!
