Working with Sarah Marie was so useful. She is so insightful and patient and very warm. I felt I could trust her implicitly. She helped so much with me making a few tweaks and changes, and moving me out of my funk!

SarahMarie is a lovely human being. That said, as a coach, she has the ability to ask me probing questions just at the right time. With a very simple question, picking up on a word I said 3 minutes ago as part of a rambling answer to a question I was trying to avoid answering directly and coaxing out of me the reasons and meaning behind what I am not actually saying, incredibly effective. If you would like to speak to a down to earth, fun and effective coach, SarahMarie would be an ideal choice.

Coaching was a great way to share my experience and feelings about where I’m currently at, and what might still be holding me back. SarahMarie helped me to explore old patterns and ways to help shake/challenge these often limiting ideas. I also enjoyed talking to someone with such an open heart! Just feeling free to get these ideas out there, and explore them fully, knowing there was no judgement was a transformative experience. I feel more purposeful and more accepting of what is and I am also so excited to see what develops in coming weeks.
