Struggling with a relationship, an addiction, or the aftermath of narcissistic abuse? You don't have to work it out alone.

I'm Natalie, an integrative therapist with 4 years' experience, working online across the UK. I specialise in:

• Relationships, trust and communication, for individuals and couples
• Addiction, including sex and porn addiction
• Recovery from narcissistic abuse, toxic, and controlling relationships

Every client has a weekly 50-minute session, WhatsApp support between sessions, and workbooks written specifically for them, so you're supported between sessions as well as during them.

I draw on a range of approaches, including CBT, ACT, Gestalt, somatic trauma-informed counselling, person-centred approaches and hypnotherapy, tailored to you.

I'm a member of ACPNL, hold a Diploma in Addictions Counselling, somatic counselling, and have trained in intimate partner violence with the University of Glasgow and in narcissistic abuse recovery with the School of Trauma Informed Positive Psychology. I am also a NATC (narcissistic abuse treatment clinician) and hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and trauma-informed relationship coach.

This is my first experience with any kind of therapy and I don't think I could have picked a better therapist. With Natalie, I feel listened to and supported while I process uncomfortable truths and unfamiliar ideas/feelings. Natalie gives guidance when I unpick my mind and helps me to find answers from within myself. I am given space when I need to process ideas too. She offers as much explanation as needed and supports me when I come to conclusions which helps my anxiety. This pleasant and supportive approach has helped me explore both myself as an individual and how I operate within my current relationship.
