Genuine Nikon RT-1 Tripod Collar Ring - fits 70-200mm f/4G and 300mm f/4E PF
This is in very good condition having had light use. There are just a few small marks from where it has been attached to a lens.
It is compatible with both the 70-200mm f/4G ED VR and the 300mm f/4E PF ED VR lenses and I have used it with both lenses, with and without teleconverters attached.
Although neither of these is a heavy lens, using the tripod collar to mount on a tripod or monopod ensures a better balance than mounting the camera directly, plus you get the ability to rotate the lens freely by loosening the clamp.
