EZE Gaming Ltd is a leading supplier of gaming machines to the bar trade and a major leader in Northern Ireland in the Adult Gaming Center/Casino' sector. We currently have 8 locations in Northern Ireland.

In our gaming arcades we take enormous pride in operating some of the best facilities around and we our currently updating some of our older premises or relocating. We supply and maintain outstanding machines, provide a vibrant atmosphere and a spotless environment that keeps customers excited and coming back time after time.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this customer-facing role at our gaming arcade, you will help create a clean, welcoming, and exciting environment for every customer who walks through the door.

Communicate and interact with customers along with providing excellent customer care
Provide customers with refreshments including tea & coffee.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation across the entire arcade.
Always present a professional, clean and tidy appearance along with wearing our company uniform, neatly and correctly.
Follow all company policies and security procedures at all times.
Stay alert to the security of company property and equipment.
Be ready to adapt and take on other tasks as needed within the arcade.
Be able to work with other team members and managers.
Cash Handling

The position is for days/ nights & weekends and the company requires that there is flexibility to cover other team members sickness or holidays.

Previous experience is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
