Mediation is a very effective and cost effective way of resolving your disputes and can also, often, go a long way towards repairing damaged relationships.

As a trained mediation facilitator, I am attuned to exploring the participants' underlying needs and interests, so often the source of a communication logjam or breakdown.

I work in Civil & Commercial, Workplace and Employment mediation as well as being a registered SEND mediator. (I do not cover Parent Plans, custody/access or divorce settlements - which require a specially qualified Family Mediator).

I have firsthand experience of work with families, schools, communities, government and faith leaders. Always looking to listen, identify the issues, reduce the tension in the room and help participants build a creative resolution.

Mediation is a voluntary process, in which all participants choose to attend. The mediator is a neutral facilitator who cannot compel participation nor impose a "judgment".
Through discussions held with participants separately or together, I work with you towards building a resolution you "own" and which suits you.

MediationWorksOnline Ltd offers a bespoke online mediation service, removing all the hassle of travel, parking and confrontation. Mediation offline is also available - with additional costs for time, travel and premises.

Mediation costs may depend on the sum disputed, the time required or number of participants. Ballpark figures are on my website but I'll be glad to give you a quote after we've had a conversation. Costs are normally shared between the participants.

I am registered with the Civil Mediation Council and the Society of Mediators. I am a faculty tutor with the SOM.
