I would give this shambles of an organisation no stars if it was an option. They don’t follow client’s written instructions and there is no customer service or apology. In my view you get what you pay for, I would advise to only go to local established solicitors now. Use them at your peril. Now we have to go to the financial ombudsman regarding their lack of service just at a time when a decent organisation would have rectified the situation themselves, they should be ashamed.

Appalling Company I started the process for changing names on my property 1 year ago today 5th September 2022, paid my money on the 6th September 2022, my paperwork was eventually sent to Land Registry 31st October 2022. All last year I have been chasing Vicki Rowland and Shepa Syeda for updates, neither have been very forth coming with information. All I ever got from them was Land Registry have a back log. I personally contacted Land Registry May 2023, to find out why it was taking so long, as it was causing major problems for the other people named on the deeds, Land Registry expedited my application. They wrote to this firm on 26th May 2023 asking for additional information, heard nothing back, Land Registry wrote again 24th July 2023, still had nothing back from this firm, so closed my application 21st August 2023, I only found this out as I contacted Land Registry myself on the 22nd August 2023, got a reply back on the 2nd September 2023. Since then I have sent the first email to Vicki on the 2nd September 2023 which she replied to stating someone will be in contact first thing Monday morning 4th September 2023. I waited till the afternoon on the 4th September 2023, rang Vicki's direct number left a voicemail, did the same to Shepa's number, have sent umpteen emails, called the office over the last 2 days, the office have sent over emails as well, and I've had no reply or any communication what so ever.
