My name is Judith, and I hold a MSc in Strategic HR Management and am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. I have over 20 years of experience working across pretty much all sectors. Our clients are mainly SMEs and charities.

My partner (in life and business) is an employment law solicitor, so we make a good team. We are based in Greater Manchester, and whilst we have clients across the country, most of our client’s are based in the Northwest.

Our approach is always tailored to what you want, and how best to get there. Our pricing also makes our services accessible for those who need it. We can work per project or beyond, fitting in with short, medium or longer term plans. It really does depend on what works best for you.

Regarding employee engagement/relations, we cover all aspects including onboarding, contracts, handbooks, policies, bench marking, mentoring, and learning and development, we help to keep employees engaged and motivated.

We are also excellent at resolving issues that can arise with those employees who are not fully engaged with your business.

We provide the full range of HR support, whether externally, or some clients prefer that we become their in-house HR.
