Villiers OXFORD Allen Scythe Engine with Villiers Magneto for Spares or Repairs.
I believe this was fitted to a version of the Allen Scythe, I don't know if it was fitted to any other machinery.
NOT seized, turns over freely.
No broken fins, the fan is complete but there is a piece missing from one of the fan shroud parts, see photos.
Would prefer CASH ON COLLECTION but will post at cost if required....
